I learnt a lot more on developing from wordpress.
Hopefully I can get a neat fully functioning website soon.

Previously I was trying to find out how to make a parent menu button unclickable.

1. go to menu from appearance
2. at the left, click on Links
3. replace the URL with #
4. then type in the name of the title
5. it will be created on the right, and you can drag the sub menus into it
