Price dropped to 1.05, few weeks ago was 1.13.
Still not very clear about how to analyze REITs.
Read that PE ratio does not work for REITs.
So I use the following logic.
What is the Dividend Yield?
Do you think the properties will be in demand in future?
If so, there is a chance they may be able to charge higher rents for it.
I am bullish on tech.
India has massive tech talents there.
The country is growing faster than China now.
