Bought AIMS APAC Reit

Bought it some weeks ago
Forgot to blog about it, and want to keep it on record
One of the factors was that a rich blogger have a portion of it
Unnecessary job
the price crashed and he made a loss
it crashed as the chairman sold some of his holdings
chairman justified it to make the stock with more diversified investors
since then, it climbed from 1.36 to 1.44 today
dividend yield around 7%
debt/asset ratio was good at around 32%
i was also positive about Singapore as a whole
and believe Singapore will still prosper and bring businesses for industrial properties
their dividends have not been increasing, but they are quite stable
i was also looking forward to hold more reits
to boost my yearly returns
and recently all reits have been expensive
as US interest rate is seen to be kept low for the future
due to people predicting a crisis soon
so it is rarely for a reit to be on a cheap now
