Bought 3000 shares today.
Am feeling a bit risky, as I am still using borrowed and leverage money.
The price is $3, and it seems quite good.
assuming past dividends of around 0.16 per share, it is around 5.3% yearly.
Felt positive as vaccination is going on
There is some fear in the market, as Singapore enters phase 2 again.
Also felt greedy because it feels like the last chance to buy before the covid recovery progresses more.
The reit also recently invested $1 bil in Europe's data centre.
As mentioned previously, I feel a little risky.
Only have around $3k left in IG available funds.
If Tesla takes a big hit, or Singapore REITs in that account, then I need to take some actions.
But there are some actions I can take.
Transfer the REITs to share financing accounts.
Dip into $10k cash reserves.
Liquate shares.
Borrow personal loan.
Sell my silver.
At this point, I have line of defenses, and if needed, I will consider them.
