Was thinking for a while that I bought too little FCT when there was opportunity in past few months.
Today had another opportunity, and was happy that I got it.
For some time, I wanted to have 10k shares of FCT.
They also recently sold away Bedok Point which was not good.
That was a good re-org.
I set the price to purchase at $2.4.
At past dividends of 0.12, it will be 5% yield.
I keep it at IG account, which gives me a profit of 2%.
And I am buying with debt, with the intention to possess it in future.
It is like using future money to invest, when the price is good.
Price dropped last week and today Monday due to fears that Singapore Covid cases rise again.
It did not matter much to me, as sooner or later, they will go back to normal, however many years they take.
I just feel happy every time I visit North Point in Yishun, I am visiting some thing that I have a share of.
